To improve your cognitive and somatic mind and reach the highest level in every tournament or during an important belt passage, here are 6 ideas you can implement:


1. Accept failure: Failure is often seen as a negative, but it can be a powerful tool for growth. Accepting failure means seeing it as an opportunity to learn and improve. For example, you can analyze videos of your last few fights to identify your weaknesses and work on improving them in your training.


2. Visualize success: Visualization is a technique used by many athletes to improve their performance. It involves creating mental images of successful performances and using these images to build confidence and focus. You can imagine yourself performing well in your next tournament and use this mental rehearsal to build a strong mindset.


3. Speak positively about yourself: The way you speak to yourself can have a significant impact on your performance. Positive self-talk, such as "I am strong and confident" or "I am capable of placing or winning in this tournament," can help you stay focused and motivated. On the other hand, negative self-talk can make you doubt yourself and decrease your chances of success.


4. Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is being present and aware of your thoughts and feelings in the present moment.
